Are you sick and tired of recruiting people to your team -- only to have them fail?

So many times we think our newest team member is the also going to be the newest rock star and that individual is ‘the key’ to your team skyrocketing to the next level.

However, because of an ineffective onboarding system, that new team member never takes off as you imagine.  In fact, they just stop right in their tracks and quit the business.   

If this is happening to you, it might be because you are what we call an ACCIDENTAL LEADER. 

Here's the good news though, with a different mindset and a different plan, you can get out of the accidental leader role.

And when you intentionally get out of that Accidental Leader role and start leading in a more intentional way, you can truly impact the lives of the people that join your team.

This episode of the podcast is short and sweet, but an incredibly important piece of advice heading into this year’s Black Friday promotions.  It’s my #1 tip for success over this weekend (and any other weekend for that matter).  Success or failure this weekend in your business will be determined by your ability to MANAGE YOUR MIND around the promotions in your business.  What you THINK and FEEL are so much more important than what you say or do.  Very few people in this profession will actually do this, so if you can execute in this area, I promise you that you’ll stand out and crush it this year. Make sure you listen to this short episode before you start contacting everyone with all your Black Friday promotions!

Susan spent the first several years of her career working in corporate America, but then, after attending a conference about foster and adoption, she felt a powerful calling to completely change her life’s path.

Despite being scared to shift her life so drastically, she stepped forward to honor that calling and has since gone on to grow National Angels to a nationwide organization that helps thousands of foster children and their families.

I have an exciting announcement to share with you today.

We are officially looking to expand our small but mighty team, and I am hoping that you may be able to help us find the right person.

We are currently looking to hire a Digital Product Manager for our business.

This person will play a critical role in helping us with our mission of positively impacting 100 million people all over the world through Love Serve Grow.

Are you struggling to identify the characteristics of your perfect customer or team member? 

More than likely, it’s because you’re thinking way too general and ‘big picture’ when it comes to their ‘customer avatar.’

You’re using general statements like….

- I want to find someone that wants a better life / improve themselves.

- I want someone that wants to lose weight or look better.

- I want someone that isn’t feeling happy or fulfilled in life. 

If you want to stand out and really attract the RIGHT PEOPLE, you MUST start getting very specific in this area.

The more specific you get, the better!  

Because when you have this person clearly in mind and you can create messaging and content that speaks to them in way that makes them feel you are talking 1-on-1 with just them, not only does it help you connect on a deeper level with them, but it also gives you a newfound sense of passion and purpose.

In this episode, I’ll teach you how to identify your ideal customer or ideal team member for your business so you can create content that truly resonates to them.

Have you ever been given these instructions….

‘Don’t ever mention your company name to prospects.’

Wait a minute!  You’ve joined a business that you’re passionate in sharing, and then you hear this advice?!!

I began thinking about it, and I realized, it comes from a fear-based, scarcity thinking. 

It simply adds to the red light stories that our prospects have around network marketing, like you’re trying to hide something.   

Here’s the thing, telling someone your company name is not going to make or break your business. It's what you do after that will either build or break your business.

Because, despite the negative press, real prospects will still make a decision that feels right to them.

In the LOVE, SERVE, GROW framework I teach to build your business, I talk a LOT about BELIEFS.  And, more specifically, the idea of how to change your beliefs.

However, I have noticed that a lot of people struggle because they are asking the wrong questions. 

So, here’s the shift that I want to make. 

Instead of asking yourself, "How do I change my beliefs?" 

Start recognizing what your beliefs actually are and if they are TRUE or NOT. 

Remember, you are not your story. You are the AUTHOR. 

You have the power to decide what things mean in your life. 

It's not about changing your beliefs. It's about learning how to tell different stories.

In this episode, I’ll teach you how to recognize and test your beliefs and how to take responsibility by becoming the AUTHOR of your story.
